About the role
Responsible for providing technical support to clients in Kansas City. This includes troubleshooting issues, assisting with software installations, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone and email
- Assist with software installations and configurations
- Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution
- Document issues and solutions for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with common IT hardware and software
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic networking concepts
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
