About the role

Perform routes from the HUB to local delivery points using the assigned AutoZone vehicle to cover daily delivery routes, ensuring timely merchandise pickup and delivery to commercial clients while adhering to company policies for vehicle use and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise on local routes to commercial clients, meeting delivery times to ensure customer satisfaction and sales closure.
• Provide sales counter support at the commercial program module by assisting in-person or phone customers with product availability, specifications, or functionality questions.
• Complete the vehicle inspection checklist by accurately filling out the logbook.
• Report and follow up on vehicle incidents with the Commercial Manager.
• Process cash payments against invoices and credit card transactions to facilitate product delivery and sales closure.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• One or two years of experience.
• Previous experience as a driver for any type of vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license (type "chofer").
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience driving standard (manual) transmission vehicles (e.g., Spark).
