Responsibilities

• Repairs, tests, trouble shoots, and inspects electronic and electro-mechanical equipment, devices and other related equipment in accordance with proper company policies and procedures.
• Repairs equipment including controllers, power supplies, print heads and ink systems.
• Inspects and tests all products to maintain a consistently high level of quality.
• Adjusts and tunes products to provide optimum service and reliability according to established procedures and methods.
• Suggests approaches to improve products, procedural changes, and/or new methods of control and/or testing.
• Operates diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, pulsed generators, strobe lights, microscopes and other equipment.
• Monitors and reports on inventory of working stock and related items necessary to maintain acceptable work flow.
• Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Works within extremely close tolerances and part specifications.
• Ensures that repair report is completed for every work order.
• Maintains proper filing of reports at all times.
• Additional duties as assigned.
