About the role
The Repair Services Sales Representative will make in-person calls to promote ComSonics' equipment repair services and handle pickup and shipment of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage efficient travel routes to maximize customer engagement
- Pick up, package, and ship equipment to designated repair facilities (minimum every two days)
- Accurately complete and distribute all required service and shipping documentation
- Handle and document customer complaints and ensure timely communication internally
- Provide product demonstrations in support of sales efforts when needed
- Communicate regularly with internal teams
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred
- One year of sales related experience preferably in the cable industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
