Repair Sales Associate - All Snohomish County Locations

About the role

UBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring experienced sales people for all Snohomish County locations. The ideal candidate should have prior wireless carrier experience and be comfortable dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers waiting in the lobby.
• Perform basic diagnostics and functionality tests and create detailed notes when in-taking devices.
• Position and offer Home+, accessories, and add-on services.
• Process and return damaged or aged inventory.
• Aid the store manager in maintaining the repair queue and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
• Exceed the store's sales budget and expected attachment rate for Home+ and accessories.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store during downtime.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with prior wireless carrier experience.
• Comfortable dealing with customers and selling additional services.
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and repair processes.

Compensation Package

• Hourly rate.
• Commission pay (uncapped).

Schedule

• 8-hour shift (Full-Time).
