Repair & Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Repair & Maintenance Manager - Operations Support will lead the implementation and execution of Weatherford’s global repair & maintenance strategy for service assets and tooling. This role drives harmonization of execution processes, inventory, and asset management utilization, identifies multi-skilling opportunities, and delivers a cost-efficient repair & maintenance system as part of a single global delivery model for Weatherford’s oilfield services operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate current product line repair & maintenance (R&M) processes to identify opportunities for consistency across all locations.
• Implement LEAN-based efficiencies across all R&M processes and locations to reduce costs while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with product lines and engineering to integrate modern repair technologies, reducing fulfillment costs within Weatherford’s services portfolio.
• Work with product line Asset Management personnel to align R&M processes with tool deployment schedules, improving asset utilization and revenue generation.
• Partner with logistics to ensure R&M processes and schedules support seamless, compliant movement of assets from R&M facilities to operations, maximizing revenue and asset utilization.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to establish an effective vendor network supporting R&M activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant oilfield or business discipline preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in repair & maintenance or service.
• 5+ years in leadership positions.

Travel

This role may require domestic travel of up to 10-25%.
