Schedule
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday – Thursday
Pay
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $23.54 plus shift differential and benefits. Base pay varies within the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Inspect doors for defects and repair as needed
- Record rejects with proper codes
- Down-stack Shakers
- Assist in pushing doors down the line and to the paint booth
- Fill in for vacancies as needed
- Perform all other assigned duties
Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret production tickets
- Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills
- Must have product knowledge and computer skills
- Must have good attendance and safety records
- Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stand for 10–12 hours straight
- Ability to climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed
- Perform repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds)
- Withstand exposure to temperature extremes and uncomfortable noise levels
