Schedule

2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday – Thursday

Pay

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $23.54 plus shift differential and benefits. Base pay varies within the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect doors for defects and repair as needed
• Record rejects with proper codes
• Down-stack Shakers
• Assist in pushing doors down the line and to the paint booth
• Fill in for vacancies as needed
• Perform all other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be able to read and interpret production tickets
• Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills
• Must have product knowledge and computer skills
• Must have good attendance and safety records
• Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High attention to detail
• Ability to stand for 10–12 hours straight
• Ability to climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed
• Perform repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds)
• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes and uncomfortable noise levels
