About the role

Order Selectors play a crucial role in warehouse operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record data and input information into the inventory system.
• Organize products and other miscellaneous goods in order of deliveries, and scan product onto the truck.
• Manage and report all damaged products.
• Pull and stock orders when necessary for shipping.
• Sort products and assist the team lead in preparing orders for shipment.
• Pick all items ordered by sales reps and pack items in boxes or totes.
• Stack products on pallets to minimize damages in shipment.
• Verify orders are labeled for the correct sales rep (NE).
• Remove trash and empty boxes from pick slots and warehouse floor (NE).
• Break down freight to receive and slot products (new or returned).
• Pull reserve products when slots need replenishment.
• Pack seasonal promotions.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl to reach freight.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to push up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to pull up to 55 pounds.
• Standing for long periods, general bending, and twisting are associated with lifting.
• Local travel may be required.
