Rental Yard Associate

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Rental Yard Associate to help build America as the leading North American distributor for professional contractors.

Responsibilities

• Remove dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and the surrounding area using hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Inspect all rental equipment for damage and report any damage according to established procedures.
• Oil and lubricate all tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications.
• Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Generally 0–2 years of experience.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Knowledge of machines and hand & power tools.
• Bilingual – Spanish is a plus.

Pay

Pay Range: $18.40 – $23.90 hourly (Nevada)
