Description Responsibilities: Assist guests in choosing appropriate equipment including skis, snowboards, and bootsPerform general maintenance and safety inspections of all rental equipmentEnsure every guest is provided the appropriate equipment per their requestProvide exceptional customer service at all timesPresent oneself in a professional manner at all timesCommunicate with Guest Services to ensure guests receive needed equipmentTune and wax ski and snowboard equipment to maintain high quality equipmentSet DINs and binding equipment according to manufacturer guidelinesAssist with other duties as needed Requirements Qualifications: 16 years of age or older Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn rental shop specific softwareMust have excellent verbal communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of skiing and snowboarding preferred Hours Hours of employment are dependent on business demandsMust have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability Starting Rate: $16/hr.
