Rental Sales Management Trainee

Responsibilities
The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. Essential functions include handling sales and processes for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation, maintaining current and accurate data within the company's marketing database, generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads, and managing all rental asset processes.

- Generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
- Managing all rental asset processes to include Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base
Additional responsibilities include performing the role of On-Call Representative on a voluntary basis as well as based on scheduling, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in business administration or similar related degree
- One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred
- Must be computer literate (intermediate required)
- Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program

Pay
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are: $56K - $58K per year.
Schedule
Structured work weeks, rotational Saturday's (depending on branch location/hours), and competitive pay plus OT.
