Rental Sales Management Trainee - $2,000 Sign on Bonus
About the role
The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to last 18-24 months and provides comprehensive training in areas such as Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing. The incumbent will support location and regional management by handling sales and marketing tasks, maintaining databases, and managing rental assets.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales and process inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain current and accurate data in the marketing database
- Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
- Meet market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
- Resolve customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
- Perform as an On-Call Representative on a voluntary or scheduled basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- One (1) year or more experience in customer service with issue resolution
- Intermediate computer literacy
