Rental Sales Management Trainee - $2,000 Sign on Bonus

About the role

The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to last 18-24 months and provides comprehensive training in areas such as Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing. The incumbent will support location and regional management by handling sales and marketing tasks, maintaining databases, and managing rental assets.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and process inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain current and accurate data in the marketing database
• Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
• Manage all rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
• Meet market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
• Resolve customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
• Perform as an On-Call Representative on a voluntary or scheduled basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• One (1) year or more experience in customer service with issue resolution
• Intermediate computer literacy
