Rental Sales Agent Summer Seasonal (Brooklyn)

About the role

At SIXT, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service. You will confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience. You will prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, being organized, service-oriented, and always with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the fleet of vehicles
• Take on various tasks at the branch
• Learn about the full SIXT fleet and all products
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services
• Handle customer inquiries

Requirements

• Talent in customer service and sales
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• Communicative and articulate in English
• Flexible, team-oriented, and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays
• A valid US driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay

$21.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses.
