Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service.
• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries; organized, service‑oriented, and always with a smile.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.

Skills

• Proven sales, upselling, and closing skills; motivated by targets and customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Flexible, team‑oriented, and able to bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full‑time or part‑time.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
