Rental Management Trainee
About the role
The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to last 18-24 months and offers comprehensive training in areas such as Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing. The role involves supporting both operational and administrative tasks at the location and regional levels.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales and process inbound calls and outbound solicitations
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
- Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
- Perform on-call representative duties on a voluntary and scheduled basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- One (1) year or more experience in customer service with issue resolution
- Intermediate computer literacy

Compensation
The compensation for this position is a Salaried range of $50,000 to $54,000 per year, influenced by various factors including experience, education, and work location.
