Rental Fleet / Yard Coordinator

Job Summary

Pape’ Material Handling, a leading capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers renting equipment and involves managing both inbound and outbound rental and inside sales.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound rental and inside sales by phone and walk-in business
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Record daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests

What You Need

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn internal computer systems
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry
• Ability to operate various types of equipment
• Forklift certified preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a team environment

Compensation

$20-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
