Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, programs, and initiatives.
• Manage social media campaigns to engage audiences and build community.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure high-quality event coverage.
• Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to secure promotional opportunities.
• Assist in organizing and managing special events and outreach programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of event planning and coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with video editing software.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles.

The Reser offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Pay

Salary range for the Director of Marketing & Communications is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The Reser operates Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend commitments for special events.
