Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of branch locations
• Oversee equipment inventory and maintenance
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement training programs for staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in equipment rental or management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and aerial work platforms
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
