At EquipmentShare, we’re assembling the best team to transform an industry through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares. We’re hiring a Rental Coordinator at our rental facility in Hubbard, TX to help build the future of construction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
- Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support
- Keep customers up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve their business
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Leverage EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 technology to access up-to-date information on every machine and ensure customers get the right equipment at the right time

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
