Rental Coordinator

About the Role

As a Rental Coordinator, you’ll transform the rental experience using our proprietary T3 technology. This platform empowers you to work smarter by maintaining up-to-date information on every machine, ensuring each customer gets the right equipment at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support.
• Keep customers informed about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve their business.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Pay

Salary range: $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent.
