Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy earthmoving and aerial work platforms equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance on equipment operation and safety.
- Participate in regular inspections and follow company policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with equipment rentals and sales.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Completion of a vocational training program in equipment operation is beneficial.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good physical fitness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy.
