Job Requirements

  • Basic understanding of equipment, types, availability, and rental process
  • Highly motivated operational professional that can operate within the guidelines assigned
  • High energy with a strong understanding of the revenue stream is a must
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude
  • Detail orientation and accuracy is a must
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to manage various tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Maintains a safe work environment
  • Participates in all safety meetings
  • Communicates all concerns or violations to the appropriate manager(s) immediately
  • Uses the proper Personal Protective Equipment when performing work duties
  • Employee wears the proper shoes, glasses, gloves, ear protection, etc.
  • Employee is properly attired to perform their job safely (no loose-fitting clothes, unsafe jewelry, etc.)
  • Abides by all local, state, and Federal laws
  • Reads, understands, and agrees to follow the policies outlined in the Company Safety Manual and Company Handbook
  • Demonstrates behaviors always aligned with the Company’s Core Values
  • Assists in driving a continuous improvement strategy within the business to result in ongoing incremental gains in quality and efficiency
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the ERG Way or rental
  • Expand our existing customer base by fostering relationships with current customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships to ensure that our customers receive a “best-in-business” sales, service, and support experience
  • Ensure customer education by sharing the latest and greatest ERG has to offer
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requisitions, complaints, and general communications
  • Develop new sales techniques and strategies to increase market share
