Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of equipment, types, availability, and rental process
- Highly motivated operational professional that can operate within the guidelines assigned
- High energy with a strong understanding of the revenue stream is a must
- Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude
- Detail orientation and accuracy is a must
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to manage various tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Possess decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
- Maintains a safe work environment
- Participates in all safety meetings
- Communicates all concerns or violations to the appropriate manager(s) immediately
- Uses the proper Personal Protective Equipment when performing work duties
- Employee wears the proper shoes, glasses, gloves, ear protection, etc.
- Employee is properly attired to perform their job safely (no loose-fitting clothes, unsafe jewelry, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the ERG Way or rental
- Expand our existing customer base by fostering relationships with current customers
- Maintain and grow relationships to ensure that our customers receive a “best-in-business” sales, service, and support experience
- Ensure customer education by sharing the latest and greatest ERG has to offer
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requisitions, complaints, and general communications
- Develop new sales techniques and strategies to increase market share
