Rental Coordinator
About the role
We are hiring a Rental Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. The position involves providing exceptional customer service, answering high volume phone calls and emails, maintaining a safe working environment, and assisting with daily branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts.
- Process credit card charges.
- Communicate daily with Outside Sales Associate on inquiries and/or orders received.
- Prepare quotes for outside sales and fax to clients as required.
- Coordinate equipment requirements for efficient order fulfillment and cost containment.
- Plan and direct customer orders with the service department.
- Communicate with the service department and/or shop supervisor in regards to equipment shipments and arrange orders for shipment.
- Ensure proper generation of rental agreements and associated documents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum two (2) years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Greater than three years of customer service experience preferred.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Customer service in an industrial/rental environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications and equipment is an asset.
Qualifications

Pay
Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 plus bonus.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Skills
Required skills include strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Preferred skills include familiarity with welding applications and equipment.
