Rental Associates

• Generate sales through world-class guest service
• Aid customers with rental equipment
• Provide guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Able to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Pay Range

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Hiring Information

• Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis.
• Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
