Rental Associates
- Generate sales through world-class guest service
- Aid customers with rental equipment
- Provide guests with gear and services for an ultimate outdoor experience
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
- Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
- Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
- Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
- May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
- Able to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
