About the role

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment, and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment (training provided)
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental, including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Role

A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality, which could include:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

Pay

Starting wage: $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
