Rental Agent/Lot Attendant

Responsibilities

• Aid customers with rental inquiries and transactions.
• Accurately complete rental contracts and paperwork.
• Maintain the rental lot by organizing vehicles and ensuring accessibility.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to manage inventory and vehicle availability.
• Assist with vehicle logistics and shuttle services.
• Provide attentive and follow-up service to meet customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or automotive roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Proficiency in operating and maneuvering vehicles safely.
• Computer proficiency for data entry and retrieval.
