Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Rent and promote the entire product line distributed by Dobbs Rental
- Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding rental revenue targets set by Manager
- Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty to increase rental market share
- Prospecting and cold calling to increase customer base and market presence
- Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers at the store or by phone
- Maintains a schedule that maximizes the effectiveness of the time spent in the field and the office and provides this schedule to the Manager
- Tracks all quotes including jobs won, jobs pending, jobs lost and jobs developing in CRM
- Attends training and sales meetings as required to stay current with new equipment and promotions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or a minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to self-manage/self-motivate
- PC literate, proficient with MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook and CRM platforms
- Bilingual a plus
