Rent A Center-Sales Assistant Manager

Assistant Sales Manager at Impact RTO in Garden City is a launch pad into store‑level leadership. You’ll work side‑by‑side with the Store Manager, gaining real ownership over results while developing the skills needed to become a Store Manager.

About the role

Impact RTO is the largest Rent‑A‑Center franchise in the country, serving the greater Savannah community. This position is designed to develop you for future Store Manager responsibilities and offers a guaranteed five‑day workweek with every Sunday off.

Responsibilities

• Assist fellow store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a positive attitude.
• Drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targets.
• Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, including greeting, assisting, and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Occasionally create social‑media and marketing content (photos, videos) as requested.
• Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
• Support the Store Manager in all operational duties.

Requirements

• Sales or customer‑service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar).
• A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least one year.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and motor‑vehicle records check through HireRight.
