Rent-A-Center franchise Impact RTO is hiring immediately for an entry-level position — no experience needed. Training is provided, and there’s a clear path into management for those who stay with the company.

Pay & Schedule

• $13.00 per hour (higher pay for bilingual candidates)
• Monthly bonuses based on store performance
• 5-day work week — Sundays always off

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in social media and marketing content creation (photos, videos)
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Assist in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and customer-facing tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving experience)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers
• Must pass a background check and MVR check
