Rent A Center- Delivery Driver

About the role

Rent-A-Center — Hiring Immediately — No Experience Needed Impact RTO is the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, and we're hiring right here in your area. This is an entry-level position — no experience needed. We train you. If you stick with us, there's a clear path into management.

Pay

$15.00 per hour. Higher pay for bilingual candidates. Monthly bonuses based on store performance.

Schedule

5-day work week — Sundays always off. Paid time off, sick days, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we'll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Collect payments at the door when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries, assembling items and assisting with customer‑facing tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check
