Rent A Center-Delivery Driver

About the role

Impact RTO is the largest Rent-A-Center franchise in the country, hiring immediately for an entry-level position with no experience needed. Training is provided and there is a clear path into management.

Pay

• $16.00 per hour base pay
• Higher pay for bilingual candidates
• Monthly bonuses based on store performance

Schedule

• 5‑day work week
• Sundays always off

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items (training provided for safe handling)
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and assisting with customer‑facing tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check
