Rent A Center-Delivery Driver

About the role

Impact RTO is the largest Rent‑A‑Center franchise in the country and is hiring for an entry‑level position with no prior experience required. The company provides training, a clear path to management, and fast follow‑up on applications.

Pay & Schedule

• $16.00 per hour
• Higher pay for bilingual candidates
• Monthly bonuses based on store performance
• 5‑day work week – Sundays always off

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items safely (training provided).
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Assist in the store between deliveries, including assembling items and customer‑facing tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (minimum 1 year of driving).
• Ability to lift 50 lb+ and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with customers.
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and motor‑vehicle‑record check.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
