Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with renovation tasks such as carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and plumbing.
- Handle repairs as needed, ensuring compliance with local building codes and community standards.
- Utilize materials, tools, and equipment correctly and safely.
- Follow safety protocols on renovation sites.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in renovation or construction, preferably in healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in at least one renovation technique, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or fire protection.
- Painting experience is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- OSHA 10-hour certification.
