The Renovations Technician II executes a variety of renovation tasks, assists with projects and repairs, and ensures quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with renovation activities such as carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and plumbing.
• Handle repairs as needed.
• Ensure work complies with local building codes, regulations, and organizational standards.
• Use materials, tools, and equipment properly.
• Follow safety protocols on renovation sites.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in renovation or construction, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in at least one renovation technique, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or fire protection.
• Painting experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10-hour certification.
