About the Role
Responsible for achieving annual sales and profitability targets via sales penetration in an assigned territory. Acts as the central point of contact for all renovation projects, including project management, due diligence, product sourcing, selection, and RFP/quoting. Partners with credit teams to identify funding and ownership. Requires operation of a company or personal vehicle for more than 20% of the workweek; an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth within the territory with existing and new customers.
- Establish and expand relationships with owners and contractors.
- Manage all aspects of territory renovation projects, including project management, due diligence, product sourcing, selection, and RFP/quoting.
- Collaborate with credit teams to identify funding and ownership solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Renovation or multi-family redevelopment experience.
- Construction or project management experience.
- 5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM; Salesforce CPQ or similar online bidding tools preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with strong ownership and accountability for achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Experience pursuing, selling, and managing renovation projects.
- Sales experience with a preference for consultative or solution-based selling.
Work Environment
- Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.
- Requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting or maneuvering material/equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
- Overnight travel required 20% to 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline; generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR an MS/MA with 3-5 years of experience.
- Certification may be required in some areas.
Pay
$77,000.00 - $115,200.00 annual.
