Renewal Specialist

Title: Renewals & Licensing SpecialistCompensation: Starting at $25.00/Hr (DOE)Location: Great Phoenix, Arizona Preferred (Hybrid) In-office up to 2x a week Renewals SupportOversee tracking of upcoming renewal opportunities, secure quotes, and distribute notifications to sales teams.Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers and distributors for renewal contracts.Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making processes, including identifying trends and patterns in renewal contracts.Evaluate the effectiveness of renewal strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Licensing SupportProvide expert guidance on cloud licensing options and renewals for suppliers.Oversee the setup and provisioning of Cloud SaaS service accounts and licensing.Manage client license renewal requests, quotes, and orders through various system portals and applications.Track and report on the financial status of cloud license orders and support finance teams with invoicing processes.Administer the Supplier Incentive program, including managing claims, referrals, and direct submissions to suppliers.Required Qualifications2-4 years of experience in lifecycle management, sales administration, licensing administration, contract management, and/or supplier incentive management.Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of personal accountability.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication.Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Additional Skills and AttributesEmphasis on data analytics and decision-making processes.Focus on evaluating renewal strategies using KPIs and metrics.Highlighting the importance of strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication.MicroAge Benefits—to Name a Few!Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401K plansCompany paid basic life insurance, long term disability, and parental leaveQuarterly company contribution towards Health Savings Account (HSA)Flexible hybrid work scheduleFrequent performance recognition awardsPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysAssociate Referral BonusMilitary Differential Pay for Active Military Associates
