Renewal Parts Specialist

About the role

TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company is seeking a highly organized Renewal Parts Specialist to support our aftermarket and renewal parts operations. In this role, you'll coordinate customer orders from start to finish, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure all contractual requirements are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal parts orders from receipt through shipment
• Process customer orders following established company procedures
• Gather and verify all information required to complete shop orders
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Accounting, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Review and process customer change requests, pricing updates, and delivery schedules
• Monitor order status and communicate shipping dates and schedule changes to customers and Field Sales
• Coordinate production reschedules and maintain accurate order documentation
• Prepare all required shipping and contract documentation prior to shipment
• Meet with customers, inspectors, and field representatives as needed
• Maintain accurate shipping information and approvals
• Support inventory and renewal parts documentation for TECO-Westinghouse motors
• Assist in training new team members as the department grows
• Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours as required
• Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0–2 years of experience in contracts administration, customer service, order management, operations, or a related business function
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or aftermarket parts is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred

Preferred Skills

• Contract administration or order management experience
• Knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
