Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage renewals of employer-based employee benefit packages
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, driven to succeed and committed to assisting clients and colleagues
- Avoid unnecessary delays and ensure accurate information is provided to carriers
- Coordinate communication with clients and brokers
- Communicate renewal decisions to carriers and submit necessary paperwork
- Participate in proactive client interactions quarterly or as needed
Skills, Knowledge, And Performance Expectations
- Experience with PC and proficiency in MS Office and Internet
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving skills

Working Conditions / Essential Functions
- Quiet office environment with ergonomic workspaces
- Computer terminal work, either sitting or standing
- Visual monitoring of information/data on a computer screen
- Ability to lift and move objects typically up to 10 lbs
