Renewables Construction Expert - Capital Excellence

Your Impact

You will work with colleagues and clients to build sustainable value through delivering distinctive capital excellence expertise. You will act as a subject matter expert in the renewable’s construction space, helping our clients optimize their capex for major solar PV installations. You'll support our clients through the full solar value chain including: design & engineering, contracting & procurement, and project execution. In addition, you will work in cooperation with our worldwide network of consultants to shape McKinsey's thinking in this area, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the firm.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate degree in engineering; advanced degree or MBA is preferred
• 10+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impact
• Experience working in construction renewables
• Significant construction experience with an EPC
• Have worked on large-sized projects
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
