About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate with four to six years of experience. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.
Responsibilities
- Experience with renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives
- Advising developers
- Drafting and negotiating tax credit transfer agreements
- Financings and M&A pertaining to the renewable energy sector
- Working primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources business unit

- The ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action
- An active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Washington is $230,000-$260,000, in California, New York, and Washington, D.C. is $240,000-$265,000, in Minnesota and Vermont is $215,000-$246,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
