About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve. We have an immediate opening for a Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate with four to six years of experience preferred. We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link.
Responsibilities
- Advise developers on renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives
- Draft and negotiate tax credit transfer agreements
- Handle financings and M&A pertaining to the renewable energy sector
- Work primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources business unit
Qualifications
- Four to six years of experience preferred
- Experience with renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible

Pay
- Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Washington: $230,000-$260,000
- California, New York, and Washington, D.C.: $240,000-$265,000
- Minnesota and Vermont: $215,000-$246,000
- Salaries in all other markets vary depending on market data
