Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate

About the role
The Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate will handle wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions, including both development and financing. The position is open in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in renewable energy real estate transactions (wind, solar, and/or battery storage)
- Active bar license in the state corresponding to the office of application, or commitment to obtain one promptly
- Excellent academic credentials
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional judgment and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong articulation of legal strategies and courses of action
- Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Commitment to community and diverse backgrounds

Pay
For positions in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., the compensation range is $220,000 to $280,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary based on local market data.
