About the role
The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Experience with wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions, through both development and financing.
- Work closely with attorneys to develop and execute legal strategies.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communicate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience preferred.
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Commitment to the community.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
- Exceptional judgment.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
- Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $220,000 to $280,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
