About the role
We have an immediate opening for a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate with five to seven years of experience preferred. We will consider candidates for any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Handle wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions through both development and financing.
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
- Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying or a commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $220,000 to $280,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
