We have an immediate opening for a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate with five to seven years of experience preferred in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.
About the role
The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit, focusing on wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions through both development and financing.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in renewable energy real estate transactions (wind, solar, and/or battery storage).
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.
- Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects, and articulate legal strategies.
- Exceptional judgment and a proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position is:
- $220,000 to $280,000 in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
