About the role
We are seeking a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate with five to seven years of experience in wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions, through both development and financing. This position is open in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link.
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage.
- Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or a commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position is:
- $220,000 to $280,000 in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
