About the role
The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit, focusing on wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions through both development and financing.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience preferred in renewable energy real estate transactions
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible
- Excellent academic credentials
- Superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure
- Exceptional judgment and ability to effectively handle multiple projects
- Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action
- Commitment to the community

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position is:
- $220,000 to $280,000 in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data
