We are authentic We thrive in connection We trust each other We innovate through creativity We are committed to the health of the whole We are united by purpose Position Summary As the EILEEN FISHER Renew Merchandising & Outbound Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the merchandising and outbound logistics operations of the Renew warehouse, including assortment development, and overseeing order fulfillment, quality assurance, and shipping — consistent with the EILEEN FISHER mission, practices, and core values. Duties And Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities Lead a team of 3 merchandising associatesDevelop and curate compelling merchandise assortments that align with visual merchandising standards, reflect the needs of each store's market, and enhance customer experienceMerchandise and fulfill orders for Mainline Stores, Company Stores, Renew Stores, and Renew.com in alignmentEnsure consistent replenishment of best-selling products, complete size runs, and key merchandise across retail stores and e-commerce siteTag and price garments for outbound ordersPerform quality assurance on all outgoing garmentsSort and maintain garments in backstockTrack and report outbound inventory and productivityMaintain organization of categories; maximize efficiency and spaceBox and label outgoing donation shipments; process UPS shipments for outgoing orders Team Leadership and Support Accountable for outbound inventory, expense control, and day-to-day operations, communications, and proceduresServe as an engaged, vision-oriented leader who motivates, directs, and supports associate recruitment, training, and development, with an emphasis on nurturing talent and growthMentor and develop staff, providing opportunities to learn all aspects of running Outbound/Merchandising operationsMaintain a safe, clean environment, including upkeep of facilities and equipmentManage daily associate workflow based on business prioritiesMaintain vendor relationshipsMaintain relationships with distribution points to ensure garment quality and standardsStay current on systems and processes, driving continuous improvementCommunicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with the team and cross functional teamsConduct and submit annual Development Dialogues for each employeeEmbrace new tools and technology Other Support stock resupply and facility maintenanceManage budget and expenses Education B.A. in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Required Skills Experience building product assortments that align with customer and store aestheticStrong eye for detail, with demonstrated awareness of women's apparel trends, garment quality, and merchandising standards1+ years of supervisory experience in factory, warehouse, or inventory operations management requiredExperience managing teams of 3+ people requiredEntrepreneurial, resourceful, and adaptableStrong strategic leadership, time-management, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability in navigating ambiguity and openness to new approaches and changePassionate about nurturing a positive, supportive work environmentSkilled at identifying merchandising opportunities across retail locations to support business goals and drive additional revenueStrong problem-solving skills; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and strategiesAbility to lift up to 45 lbs. at floor level and/or team-lift when necessaryAbility to climb ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks Supervises: Merchandising Associates Reports to: Director of Renew Operations Partners with: Warehouse Teams, Retail Field Team, and Omni Store Operations The salary range for this role is $55,000 - 65,000/yr. dependent upon experience and qualifications.
