Renal Dietitian

About the Role

The Nephrology Dietitian uses nutrition expertise to educate patients with kidney disease, supporting their health, well-being, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support patients' nutritional health through assessment and goal-setting
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
• Monitor patient response and understanding of nutrition therapy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year clinical nutrition experience as a Registered Dietitian, with 2 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree and completed dietetic internship or supervised practice
• Registered Dietitian credential and applicable state licensure
• Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of clinical applications within 90 days of hire
